Contest List NOT displayed

I am using Log4OM NextGen ver 2.17.0.0. I am unable to setup Contests using the Contest->Contest Settings option. In the Contest drop down no contest names appear. I even reinstalled Log4OM but issue persists. When I use resource editor I am able to see the default list of contests.

Screen images are attached. I have never faced this issue earlier.

Is the program installed in the default folders that automatically are offered during the install?

Are you running the portable or the installed version?

Dis the list show in the past or is this the first time you have tried to use it?

Is Log4OM being run as an administrator?

Yes. I am using Log4OM for the past 18 odd months. So when a new version is released I just download and install the same. I run the installer in "Run as Administrator" mode.

I am using the installed version.

I had used the contest configuration options earlier. I could chose the contest name in the drop down and then set the parameters like date of operation, serial numbers etc. Earlier I used to edit the contests.csv file using Notepad++. Even after doing that the contests used to appear in the drop down.

Is Log4OM being run as an administrator?

No. But since you mentioned it, I also tried to run the same as administrator. The results are the same.

You will find a contest_user file in your roaming/lo4om folder delete or rename it and restart Log4om
