If you want to do you logging on Linux, but do not like cqrlog, you may try QLog https://github.com/foldynl/QLog

Hi Dan,

Clicking on a callsign in Cwskimmer does (afaik) not populate the QSO field in Log4OM or any other logging program.

The only way in CWskimmer to export callsigns to is through its telnet server.

Connecting cwskimmer telnet server to Log4om cluster client, will populate the LOG4OM ...

Hi,
Using Log4OM with my SunSDR2-DX (with ESDR v3), I tend to use the Log4OM TCI CAT control on RX1 looking for CW DX, while looking for FT8 contacts on RX2.

This works quite well, but as LOG4OM TCI CAT changes between RX1 and RX2 due to which RX is active, It is a bit annoying when Log4OM changes ...

Having followed Log4OM development several years, I have just recently started using Log4om as my main windows logger.

I use Log4om v 2.27.1.0 with my ANAN-rig with Thetis software using TCI as CAT-protocol.

You may try SDC (Software Defined Connectors) as middleware http://sdc.qrz.ru. SDC is SunSDR centric but can do the CAT-job for other rigs too.

I've installed v2 and QSO entered manually few qsos and Adif imported
some qsos as well but wonder that Recent QSO (F8) window doesn't appear qso list (blank)
even though on the bottom left has appeared Number of QSO 68.
running here with win10 64b.
What I am missing ?
Any help much appreciated ...

Have you used a virtual com port emulator software, defined av port-pair, and configured N4PY software to trick Log4om Omnirig/hamlib to connect to N4PY software as a kenwood transceiver?

It works ok when correctly configured

Yes it is.
Once several releases i will usually "rebuild" interfaces to make them more organized after subsequent patches and adds.
I will add this one as soon as i work on this interface, hopefully soon.
Our "to do list" has more than 100 small and big features/suggestions/bugs we're prioritizing ...
