Terry, Many thanks for the explanation. I have now downloaded the latest manual.
Also many thanks to all the team for a great application.
Take care, Season Greetings.

Edit QSO Window shows Contest Fields
If I open a QSO to perform an edit the window shows 3 contest related fields in the bottom right corner, I don't remember seeing these before and I don't appear to have contest mode enabled - have these fields always been there? If not is it possible to switch them off? Using Version 2.10.0.0 on W10...

Re: 2.9 Installation error
Hi Terry, Thanks for that. In my case the installation error shows it cannot find the L4ONG.ConfigManager.exe file, when I look in Log4OMNextGen folder I can find such a file but with the .config suffix (L4ONG.ConfigManager.exe.config) This file is dated 30/07/2020 and 5KB. I can confirm now that sk...

Re: 2.9 Installation error
Hi Peter, Not helpful but I get a similar response when trying to upgrade from 2.8 to 2.9. In my case the MoveFile failed error code is 2 and the explanation "The system cannot find the file specified" OS is W10 64bit Home. I am installing as Administrator. I have not tried to install usin...

Re: JS8 RST Format (repeat submission)
Terry,
Many thanks for prompt response, I remember having to change it in V1 but did not realise you could also make the change in V2.
All works, much appreciated support.

JS8 RST Format (repeat submission)
Hi,
I raised this sometime ago when V2 was first released, is it possible to change or default the JS8/MFSK8 RST format in V2 to be the same as JT/FT modes? At the moment it is still preset to 599 format.
Many thanks

Re: 60 meter band not logging properly
I have also seen a similar issue when logging from WSJT on 60m. In my case the log entry looks good and the band info shown correct but if you go to edit the qso record the band info (both TX & RX) is blank. Doing a manual qso entry on 60m directly seems to work OK, all other band qsos' logged f...

Re: Help with V2 and Fldigi
Max/Roland. Many thanks for this information which I hadn't seen when I made my original post.
I was already using VSPE splitter software but had not thought to try rigcat, it has resolved my tx issue
with my TS-590SG so again many thanks.

Re: Help with V2 and Fldigi
Same applies to Fldigi with Kenwood TS590SG - frequency display in fldigi and fldigi log reading OK but no tx control from fldigi.
OS:W10. Fldigi 4.1.09 (update shows it to be alpha version!) but same applies with 4.1.08.
System working 100% with WSJT/JS8Call.
